Clients describe their current needs and we complete an assessment application that will help fullfill their family's desire for hiring a Nanny, Housekeeper, etc.  We then find qualified applicants to interview that will meet the specific requirements of each family.

After our agency interviews, checks references, and verifies previous employment and education of each candidate, families are provided a detailed summary of potential employees.  Then, the family will review applications and all enclosed documents, interview desired candidates, and decide who to hire.  Our agency continues with obtaining criminal background checks, driver safety records, and drug testing.

When a decision is made and agreed upon between all parties, a placement agreement is finalized and our one-time fee is then due from the Client. 

We provide two year guarantees on our placements within your home.  If for any reason at all a replacement is necessary, we provide that full service free of charge.

    • Our tests screen for 9 different drug categories.
    • Criminal background checks are conducted nationwide, in all states of previous residence.
    • Driver safety records are obtained from every state applicant has held a license, not just Texas.
    • All candidates must posess a valid driver's license, social security card, and current vehicle insurance.
    • You may have a copy of the entire applicant(s) file to be considered for hire....including application, interview questions, references and contacts, the nanny profile questionnaire, records, test results, documents, etc.
